The Principal, Todd Kowalski, began Cornerstone after a decade and a half of State and Local Political, Governmental, and Private Sector experience in Pennsylvania's Commonwealth. Through a Masters in Government Administration from Pennsylvania University's Fel's Institute and his experience in the State Senate and the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, a strong network was built. Todd went on and developed a successful Business Development, External and Government Affairs team with a national finance firm. In 2019, Cornerstone Strategies began providing this extensive experience to others.
